Phil Kent is president of Phil Kent Consulting Inc. a public relations/media company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining American Seniors, Phil served as president of the Atlanta-based Southeastern Legal Foundation; press secretary to the late U.S. Sen. Strom Thurmond, R-S.C.; editorial page editor and columnist for the Augusta (Georgia) Chronicle and a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia's Henry W. Grady School of Journalism.
